E-desibazaar reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. E-Desibazaar at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):
- a. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
- c. For any reason outside the control of the e-desi bazaar including cause for delivery related logistical difficulties.
e-desi bazaar will allow return/exchange of products in following cases:
- a) Wrong order (wrong product related issues)
- b) Defective product.
- c) Damaged product (reported within 24 hours of delivery via mail to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the image of the damaged product and packaging pictures.)
- d) Product different from the description.
e-desi bazaar will not accept returns in following cases:
- a) Product is used/worn or altered
- b) Physical damage to the box or to the product.
- c) If returned without original packaging and accessories.
- d) If sealed package of branded products is open.
In case of Return/Replacement, following conditions should satisfy:
- a) Product must be in its original condition that you received it.
- b) Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted
- c) The complaint should be raised within maximum 24 hours after receiving the product.
- d) Replacements will be made if product is available on website or else we’ll refund the amount.
- e) In case of Cancelled order/Failed Transaction, the bank/card transaction charges of the buyers is likely to be forfeited. (If Any)
- f) Incase the items order has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to the buyer, the order can still be cancelled online. The refund will be processed, once Non Delivery Report (NDR) receives the originally ordered item back intact from the courier
- g) e-desi bazaar offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeline of the refunds in the buyers account.
- h) Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
e-desi bazaar may also want to cancel order under following scenarios:
- a) Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock.
- b) Non-serviceable locations.
- c) Restriction on quantity ordered.
- d) Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
- d) Incomplete or inaccurate address.
You can raise a return request by:
- a) Contact us at our helpline number and provide Order ID details.
- b) Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
- c) Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
- d) In case you want to cancel your order, you need to call at our help line number or email at email@example.com at any point of time before product is shipped. After shipment the order cannot be cancelled.
Note : e-desi bazaar do not accept COD options.
